About Us

Our owner is Nicole Walshaw, she was honoured to take the reins from Jessica Duncan who retired from Singing Bowl in 2024, after years of dedication and passion for nourishing our community.

 

Nicole was born and raised in Victoria, lived away for 27 years, and returned six years ago to this beautiful island. She's had an outstanding career as a chef, feeding people worldwide and is grateful to continue to do so as the new owner of Singing Bowl Granola.

Singing Bowl Granola is hand-made in a VIHA-approved commercial kitchen located at 589E Bay Street, Victoria BC, using Organic Oats from Canadian farmers, as well as many other organic and Canadian ingredients. Our granola is made with the highest quality organic oils and is lightly sweetened with only honey or maple syrup.

We are pleased to confirm that all ingredients are NON-GMO.  It is prepared by hand and baked in small batches ensuring consistent freshness and flavour with every batch.
