Smoothie Bowl with Singing Bowl Granola

  • 1 ripe banana
  • ½ cup organic yogurt (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 cup frozen fruit of your choice (I like a mix of mango and berries)
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • ½ cup of Singing Bowl Granola
  • ¼ cup organic chia seeds (optional)



Peel banana and break into bites sized chunks. Purée all ingredients except the granola to your blender. It’s nice to have a thicker smoothie for a Smoothie Bowl, so you may want to reduce the amount of juice or add more yogurt. The chia seeds also help to increase density.

Pour the smoothie mix into a bowl and generously sprinkle any (or all!) of the four Singing Bowl Granola flavours on top to add a satisfying crunchiness and delicious taste.
