Chia Chai Cookies

These are made with our Chia Chai Organic Porridge these are just the most scrumptious healthy cookie imaginable. They have to be strictly rationed in our house! This is my adaptation of a standard Oatmeal Raisin Cookie, but there are no raisins as they have been judicially replaced by organic dark chocolate chips. I have also removed the vanilla so that the Chai Spice flavour can really stand out. The chia seeds add, not only nutritional value, but also a lovely crunch. Smoothie Bowl with Singing Bowl Granola

Prep time: 5 minutes INGREDIENTS: 1 ripe banana ½ cup organic yogurt (dairy or non-dairy) 1 cup frozen fruit of your choice (I like a mix of mango and berries) 1 cup orange juice ½ cup of Singing Bowl Granola ¼ cup organic chia seeds (optional)  DIRECTIONS: Peel banana and break into bites sized chunks. Purée all ingredients except the granola to your blender. It’s nice to have a thicker smoothie for a Smoothie Bowl, so you may want to reduce the amount of juice or add more yogurt.
